Birth of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ

Muhammad ibn Abdullah is born in Makkah into the noble tribe of Quraysh, in the family of Banu Hashim. The same year is known as the Year of the Elephant — when Abraha marched on the Ka'ba with war elephants and was destroyed by birds sent by Allah (Surah al-Fil). His father Abdullah had already passed away before his birth.
