Ash-Shu'ara 26:10

وَإِذْ نَادَىٰ رَبُّكَ مُوسَىٰٓ أَنِ ٱئْتِ ٱلْقَوْمَ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ

And [mention] when your Lord called Moses, [saying], "Go to the wrongdoing people -

Saheeh International.
