Two different lists, and confusing them is the commonest adult error. CONDITIONS are met before you start: ritual purity (wudu or ghusl), clean body, clothes and place, covering the ʿawrah, facing the qiblah, the time having entered, and the intention. Fail a condition and the prayer never validly began.
