The Prophet ﷺ would say astaghfirullah three times immediately after finishing salah. Consider what that teaches: the FIRST act after worship is asking forgiveness FOR the worship — for the wandering mind, the rushed ruku. It kills perfectionism at the root: the standard was never a flawless prayer; it was an honest one, followed by honesty about it.
