What does the Quran say about reciting it in a measured recitation?

  Or add to it, and recite the Qur’ān with measured recitation.

• Quran 16:98

  فَإِذَا قَرَأْتَ ٱلْقُرْءَانَ فَٱسْتَعِذْ بِٱللَّهِ مِنَ ٱلشَّيْطَـٰنِ ٱلرَّجِيمِ
