Step one is never memorisation — it is ten fluent READINGS of the passage while looking, with a reciter if possible. You cannot store what you cannot yet say smoothly. Then chunk: split the passage at natural pauses into pieces of a breath each. The platform's reader gives you both: audio follow-along for the readings, ayah-by-ayah view for the chunking.
