Ash-Shu'ara 26:208

وَمَآ أَهْلَكْنَا مِن قَرْيَةٍ إِلَّا لَهَا مُنذِرُونَ
و ما [ساکنان] هیچ شهری را هلاک نکردیم مگر اینکه هشداردهندگانی [از پیامبران] داشتند.
