The adab of carrying the Quran

The tradition speaks of the hafiz as one who carries the Quran — and asks that the carrier match the cargo: truthful speech, guarded tongue, humility about the gift, and gratitude rather than display. The Prophet ﷺ warned against reciting for reputation. The memorisation is real either way; the intention decides what it is worth.
