Ar-Rum 30:26

وَلَهُۥ مَن فِى ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۖ كُلٌّ لَّهُۥ قَـٰنِتُونَ

And to Him belongs whoever is in the heavens and earth. All are to Him devoutly obedient.
