Ad-Dukhan 44:42

إِلَّا مَن رَّحِمَ ٱللَّهُ ۚ إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
Except those [believers] on whom Allāh has mercy. Indeed, He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful.
